Grenson's Nanette hiking-style boots are chunky but lightweight. They're made on the brand's 631 last from a vintage Rambler, a rugged leather from English tannery Charles F Stead. The suede has a hand-applied antique contrast beneath a blend of natural waxes for depth of colour and texture. They're set on lightweight chunky Commando rubber soles.

So light weight and comfy
I got some of these Grenson Nanette boots over 1 yr ago as a gift wasn’t sure what too expect to be honest but I always do my research because I hadn’t had any before . I wasn’t sure about the sizing either However I’m inbetween 3/4 uk so I went for the size 4 I can wear a normal thickness sock. I could have had size 3.5 uk too they are super comfy and light weight my husband purchased 2 pairs , he wasn’t sure which ones I would like :) I had white leather then decide on also keeping the grey leopard pony skin as I like them so much, bother pairs where in the sale so even better . These are not a wide fit but suit me as I have a narrow small foot . After wearing these I wouldnt buy any other hiking boot they also go with a variety of clothing .I would give these 10/10 definitely superb quality beautiful leather as you would expect from Grenson, so well made you may want to go up a size if you have wider feet
