Editor’s Picks: November’s Shoes of the Month

With so many new releases hitting the AllSole shelves each month, it is easy to miss the hottest new designer shoes as they land on site. With the furore of Black Friday just past us and the bedlam of Christmas to come, November is a particularly difficult month for keeping on top of the fashion world’s latest offerings. Fortunately AllSole’s style editor is on hand to pick out the best of November’s footwear releases.

1. UGG Women's Classic Short II Sheepskin Boots - Chestnut

Recently updated for the first time in almost 40 years, UGG’s brand new ‘Short II’ retain the iconic silhouette of the Classic boot while adding practical new features including water- and stain-resistant treatment to the suede upper. A luxurious sheepskin lining continues to provide sumptuous comfort and warmth, while a new Treadlite sole makes any journeys through snow or rain that bit easier—which is just what you need heading into December.

2. Loeffler Randall Women's Logan Multi Splatter Tassel Trainers - White/Multi

While we may be moving into the darkness of winter, Loeffler Randall this season takes inspiration from the hyper-chromatic works of artists such as Kindah Khalidy. The brand’s new ‘Logan’ trainer unashamedly embodies these influences, with a clean, classic low-top silhouette in smooth nappa leather overlaid with a multi-coloured splattered paint design. Finished with Randall’s signature tassel detailing, the ‘Logan’ is the perfect statement sneaker.

3. Kendall + Kylie Women's Abi Suede Court Shoes - Black

Between work parties, Christmas meet-ups with old friends and family get-togethers, December is a month that tends to get filled up quickly with social events. You’re likely going to need some new heels for the season, and a finely cut pair of court shoes never fails to convey a sense of class. Kendall + Kylie’s ‘Abi’ court shoes are crafted from premium suede and cut with a contemporary curved topline that gives them a modern edge over classic courts.

4. MICHAEL MICHAEL KORS Women's Denver Leather Flat Ankle Boots - Black

Ankle boots are an essential style in every man and woman’s winter wardrobe, and we are big fans of MICHAEL MICHAEL KORS take on the boot for this season. With a classic, androgynous Chelsea boot silhouette, the boots are made with smooth black leather uppers and feature subtle luxe details including side zips and a silver-tone brand plaque to the heel.

5. Ted Baker Women's Hawleth Faux Fur Slippers - Black

There aren’t too many better feelings than heading indoors to escape a cold winter’s night to slip on your plush new slippers and cosy up in front of an open fire. These mule slippers from Ted Baker are crafted with luxuriously soft faux fur uppers with a simple slip-on design for minimal hassle once you’re home.

6. Hudson London Men's Watts Suede Chelsea Boots - Black

Every man could do with a smart pair of Chelsea boots in their wardrobe. These suede boots from London-based label H by Hudson feature all the hallmarks of a classic Chelsea boot with the addition of a distinctive Cuban heel.

7. PS by Paul Smith Men's Gilbert Leather Brogues - Black Oxford Dax Grain

A good pair of brogues is the adaptable shoe you need to take you between work and post-work drinks. This timeless pair from PS by Paul Smith features an upper constructed from smooth black leather and black dax grain leather with a classic Oxford lace-up.

8. UGG Men's Scuff Suede Sheepskin Slippers - Chestnut

While initially slower on the pick-up, men have finally made UGG their go-to slipper. A plush sheepskin lining and moulded gum rubber outsole make UGG slippers the perfect shoe for roaming around the house.

9. Polo Ralph Lauren Men's Jermain Leather Cupsole Trainers - White

A timeless classic, the all-white trainer trend was ignited for SS16 and continues as a key trend for this season. Polo Ralph Lauren have interpreted the trend with a  tennis-inspired spin for AW16 with the Jermain trainers which feature smooth white leather uppers set on a tonal rubber sole for a clean, understated aesthetic.

10. Clarks Originals Men's Desert Boots - Black Suede

Clarks Originals were the first to bring the Desert boot back to the UK in 1950 and the shoe remains a wardrobe staple over 65 years later. While perhaps best known in brown suede editions, this all-black pair is crafted with authentic English Bronto suede uppers set on a signature crepe rubber sole.
