For AW16, Dr. Martens continues its tradition to evolve footwear design with a new collection of shoes designed for its latest generation of wearers. The Dr. Martens Lite collection takes the brand’s original DNA—the hallmark yellow stitching, grooved sides and heel loop—and transforms it into a new, lightweight boot cut with a contemporary, sleek silhouette. Each shoe in the DM Lite collection includes a lightweight phylon midsole, slimline rubber outsole, plus moisture-wicking SoftWair Technology to the insole for longer-lasting comfort.

Comprising three brand new styles, the unisex shoes in the Dr. Martens Lite collection are crafted from premium leather in black or cherry red colourways. The new lightweight construction is a game changer in the history of Dr. Martens, who arguably for the first time are transforming their traditional workwear boots for the street. The brand has long been a permanent fixture in the street style game, providing footwear for a whole cluster of subcultures throughout the past 50 years all intent on carving out their distinct individualities.
